JESSICA BETHEL

Registered Behaviour Analyst R.B.A, Ont.

Jessica is a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming support for individuals with diverse behavioural, learning and developmental needs. She strives to foster positive parent-child relationships through the development of practical and compassionate strategies and tools. Jessica has extensive experience working alongside children, youth, their families, and support teams, to ensure that they receive individualized, respectful care.

Jessica has a masters degree in Developmental Psychology and Education and is a Registered Behaviour Analyst* (Ontario). She has expertise in navigating the school system and the Ontario Autism Program, as she worked closely with AccessOAP in her role as Chief Education and Communications Officer at Autism Ontario. Most recently, she has focused her work on the development and delivery of training for parents, educators, and professionals, with an aim to foster respect and celebrate neurodiversity while promoting meaningful growth and self-advocacy.

She previously served as an ABA facilitator in the York Region School Board, gaining valuable insight into creating inclusive and supportive educational environments for children with varying needs. Additionally, Jessica supervised teams within regional autism programs under the former Toronto Partnership for Autism Services and Toronto Autism ABA Services, prior to the introduction of the OAP.
