Assessment

A comprehensive assessment is offered to children referred for the following challenges:

  • Sensory Processing

  • Behaviour

  • Arousal Regulation and/or Emotion Regulation

  • Feeding

  • Play and Engagement

  • Social Skills

Includes:

  • 1 hour virtual appointment with parent

  • 1 hour clinic assessment

  • Information gathering with involved professionals

  • Assessment summary note of findings and recommendations

  • Parent feedback session

Fee: $600

Motor assessment (printing, fine motor, gross motor, primitive reflexes):

  • 1-3 hours in clinic assessment at $195 per hour

  • Includes a summary note of findings and recommendations

  • Parent feedback session when required

Screening assessment: $165 per hour (when summary note, consultation with involved providers, and parent feedback is not requested or required)

Psychotherapy Assessment: $175.00 (plus HST) per hour

Fees may be reduced dependent on assessment needs

Treatment

OT Treatment: $165.00 per hour

Psychotherapy: $175.00 (plus HST) per hour

OT/Psychotherapy Joint Treatment: $225.00 per hour

Other

Parent Consultation: $165.00 per hour

Consultation with Other Care Providers: $165.00 per hour

Home or School-Based Consultation: $165.00 per hour

Travel Time: $100.00 per hour

Report and Materials Preparation: $165.00 per hour

Missed Appointment: $100.00 per hour (fee charged for missed appointment or notice within 24 hours of appointment)

Safe & Sound Protocol: $300 subscription fee

Group Program: based on participants / staffing numbers
