HEALTH POLICY AND COVID-19 PROCEDURES
In June 2022, the Ontario government lifted most mask wearing mandates in the province. Our primary focus is to continue to maintain high standards for health, safety and comfort for our clients, their parents and our staff. We recognize that there will be varying precautions that individuals may choose to continue to take and we want to respect those choices.
Some clinicians and parents may choose to wear masks and have the children wear masks depending on individual levels of risk or family situations. Please do not hesitate to ask the clinician to wear a mask and please understand if the clinician requests that you and your child wear a mask during the time you are in the clinic. Some clinicians work with children who have compromised health or who have their own family members who are at risk or who are too young to be vaccinated.
To summarize, our current mask policy, when anyone requests that a mask be worn, all participants in the session with be required to wear a mask. We ask that children and parents do not attend the clinic if they are experiencing any respiratory or gastric illnesses.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding as we strive to make the health of everyone our priority.
