Occupational Therapy Craft Club

6-week OT-led Craft Club

WHO: Autistic girls aged 10-17, who are comfortable in small groups, engage in instructed activities, and participate along peers with some guidance.

WHEN: May 21, 28, and June 4, 11, 18, 25

TIME: 6:00-7:30pm

WHERE: Ellen Yack and Associates Paediatric Therapy Services, Unit 27, 2700 Dufferin St.

COST: $840 for 6x 90-minute sessions

GOALS OF THE GROUP:

1. Facilitate a neurodiversity-affirming space to celebrate individuality while empowering autistic girls to foster social skills, authentic connections, and friendships.

2. Understand your nervous system and explore tools and strategies to support self-regulation.

3. Develop flexibility, advocacy and confidence with others.
